The Launching Ceremony of the New Phase of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for the Import and Export Industry was held at HKU Space Admiralty Learning Centre on 19 November 2018. The RPL mechanism enables employees to obtain QF-recognised qualifications based on their knowledge, skills and competencies gained through the workplace.
