"QF in Action" (thereafter "QFIA") is a new initiative of Qualifications Framework.  Through encouraging different organisations to develop QF-related projects, it aims to promote lifelong learning with a view to enhancing the capability and competitiveness of the human capital and facilitating a sustainable professional development of various trades in Hong Kong. 

Each cohort of QFIA lasts for 2 years.  Upon successful completion of the projects, participating organisations will be recogised as "QFIA Achiever" of that cohort in order to signify their achievements as role models of applying QF.

Expression of Interest (EoI)

2021/22 cohort of QFIA starts on 1 April 2021.  Interested organisations are welcome to submit Expression of Interest to Qualifications Framework Secretariat on or before 30 June 2021. For details of application procedures and other relevant information, please refer to the following documents.

2020 QFIA Achievers

QFIA Achievers

Education Bureau has taken the lead in applying QF in various areas. In addition to providing QF recognised Applied Learning courses and Diploma Yi Jin courses, she also supports secondary schools in designing and providing QF recognised school-based courses to suit student needs with a view to promoting VPET. Moreover, she also accepts QF recognised qualifications in recruiting talents for some posts such as Education Officer.

More and more policy bureaux, government departments and statutory organisations applied QF in different aspects gradually to enhance the quality of service and manpower development.  They are recognised as "2020 QFIA Achiever" and their successful cases (in Chinese version only) are listed below.
