The briefing session was successfully held on 5 November 2009. The speakers from the Education Bureau and the Qualifications Framework Secretariat provided an update on QF development and the Recognition of Prior Learning mechanism to the participants representing the various member institutions of "The Federation of Continuing Education in Tertiary Institutions".
