Get To Know Catering industry with QF: 活得有「營」 (12.3.2024)

On 12 March 2024, Catering Industry Training Advisory Committee organised the first round of experiential activities in this school year, including "menu design & food production", "table service & beverage production", and "gaining knowledge on local catering industry". Under the guidance of the instructors, students enjoyed first-hand experiences in making their own fruit tart, French appetizer, Thailand style milk tea as well as mandarin drink. The instructors also introduced the QF and the latest developments in the catering industry to assist students for career planning and answered their queries.
