Get To Know Catering industry with QF: DIY Workshops (18.6.2021)

On 18 June 2021, Catering Industry Training Advisory Committee organised the first round of experiential activities for secondary students, including a cupcake workshop, Western light meal tasting and thematic sharing. Under the guidance of the instructors, students enjoyed first-hand experiences in baking their own cupcakes and making salad with European and American salad dressings. To assist career planning of students, an industry expert introduced the latest developments in the catering industry to students and answered their questions.
