Catering ITAC visited the YMCA CoC and the HKU SPACE

To enhance the connections between the Catering Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) and the educational institutions, the Qualifications Framework Secretariat arranged visits for ITAC members, co-opted members and industry practitioners on 25^th April 2025 to the YMCA College of Careers and to the HKU SPACE Island South (Pokfulam) Campus. Both institutions offered warm hospitality and thoughtful arrangements for ITAC members to learn about the QF-recognised catering learning programmes available as well as to tour around the relevant training facilities. During the visits, ITAC members shared industry information and the manpower needs with the institutions, and exchanged views on the career development of students.
