The Property Management Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) has completed the draft "Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)" for industry consultation. Views from relevant trade associations, unions and professional bodies in the industry will be solicited. The consultation period will last for six months, from 1 December 2006 to 31 May 2007.
