The Chinese Catering Qualifications Framework Advisory Committee completed an industry-wide consultation on the draft "Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)" and unit clusters for the "Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)" mechanism in July 2008. The first version of the SCS and RPL unit clusters can be downloaded from this website.
