“Qualifications Framework Short Video Competition” Award Presentation Ceremony was successfully held on 5 Jun 2010. Under Secretary for Education, Mr Kenneth CHEN, JP, was the officiating guest for the Ceremony. Mr Gabriel PANG, Chairman of the Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association and representative from Ming Pao, as the VIP judges, were also invited to present the prizes to all winners.
