The Qualifications Register (QR) is a centralized online database on qualifications, learning programmes and providers. Under the Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications Ordinance, the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) will be specified as the QR Authority.

The QR provides searchable online information for free reference by the general public. Only quality-assured qualifications will be put onto the QR and recognized under the Qualifications Framework. The establishment of the QR helps you to map out your learning pathways, and employers can choose suitable training for their employees according to actual needs.
