2. Building Repair and Maintenance / Improvement and Enhancement
Mainly on repair and maintenance of the building structure and its facilities (ventilation, fire services installations, plumbing and drainage, air-conditioning and electrical installations), maintain and continuously improve the functions of a building in order to enhance its value. Purchasing and outsourcing of repair and maintenance works of buildings are included.

4. Facility Management
Mainly on club house, shopping centre, industrial and commercial buildings, and other types of premises, ancillary facility of carparks and loading areas, and other facilities managed by property management companies

5. Law in Practice
Including understanding the general scope of work of government departments and the judiciary system, arrangement of litigation and mediation, drafting of contracts, etc. and providing legal advice on the Building Management Ordinance
Be familiar with the judicial system of Hong Kong, and have sufficient understanding on legal proceedings and arrangements of litigations and mediations
Plan for corporate finance and asset management, and carry out risk assessment

7. Human Resources Management
Plan on manpower needs, staff recruitment, training, performance assessment, building of management team with close cooperation, work safety and good communication with clients, which includes unique requirements of the property management industry, for instance code of practices of the profession, personal ethics, language requirements and legal provisions
