The Banking Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) conducted an industry-wide consultation on the Specification of Competency Standards for the Retail Banking sector from mid-June to mid-September 2009. Under the steer of the Lead Persons Group of the Banking ITAC, the Professional Writer has revised the draft SCS in the light of comments collected during the consultation period. With the endorsement of Banking ITAC, the first version of SCS can be downloaded from this website.

Views or suggestions on the first version of the SCS are welcome and can be sent to the Banking ITAC Secretariat by email at hkqf@edb.gov.hk. The Banking ITAC will follow up on the comments in order to improve the SCS in the long run.
