After industry-wide consultation on the draft from March to June 2001 organised by the ICT Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC), the SCS Drafting Subcommittee directed the Professional Writer to appropriately revise the draft based on comments collected during the consultation period, and the revised version was endorsed by the ICT ITAC. The first version of SCS for the Communications and Information Services branch is now available for downloading from this website.
