Development Grant for Specification of Competency Standards (SCS)-based courses covers the fees for developing SCS-based courses.

Eligibility	•　Newly developed and operating SCS-based courses •　36 QF credits or above •　Courses/qualifications concerned must be successfully accredited •　Must be registered in the Qualifications Register
Level of Subsidy	HK$30,000 per each newly developed and operating SCS-based course
Ceiling	HK$1 million per provider
